The seven steps help women realize where their weaknesses are and what they can do to change their prospective on life. On reviewing this book, I find that it is good source of motivation for today’s busy women.
Some readers however may find that this book is not much different then many of the self-help books that are already published. Very helpful. I am an MSW level social worker (Dr. Kamal Ali’s niece) and after years of frustration in the field, decided to reach out to youth and adults through health and fitness instead of the traditional mental health approach that I was taught in grad school.
