Me In My Life Women’s Retreat 2009 – Grand Cayman

Caymanian Catherine Tyson hosted her second annual Me In My Life Women’s Retreat in Grand Cayman, December 4th-6th. I got an opportunity to speak at the event and facilitate an intimate group session. What an inspirational time we had, women dialoguing issues that affect our lives and sharing  actionable solutions. Lorlett Hudson (One Hand Cant Clap) flew in from London-UK and shared her wisdom. To top it off, we spent evenings  grooving to the musical sounds of the 2009 Cayman Jazzfest. Make plans to attend the retreat in 2010!!
